SUMMER ENRICHMENT CAMP 2010

Giant Steps "SUMMER ENRICHMENT CAMP" curriculum is built upon weekly and monthly themes designed to inspire your child to explore, create, interact, and stay active during the summer months. Developmentally appropriate games, which include preschool activity and school-age fun as each theme captures your child's interests, inspires new thought processes, and enhances what your child has already learned.

At Giant Steps, your child's ordinary summer vacation is transformed into a strong foundation for the future.

Programs Offered:
Early Learners (2-3 yrs. not yet toilet trained)
Preschool (3-5 yrs.; toilet trained)
School-Age (Transitional Kinder- 9yrs.)

The Great Outdoors (Session I-June 14-July 1; Closed July 2)

Travel to the Tropics

August: Ooodles and Doodles of Art (Session III-August 2-13)
Childcare Week Only (Session IV-August 16-19; closed Aug. 20)

Each month the children will participate in special events to enhance the month's learning theme. As well as, splish splashing on our Friday Water Play Days! Where children wear swimsuits and participate in fun water activities such as, sprinklers, shady wading pools, and messy, outdoor fun! Finally, we will attempt to bring out the "Mad Scientist" in your child through various hands-on indoor and outdoor learning experiments.
